Greenbaum named CEO of Community Care Rx

Josh Greenbaum has been named chief executive officer of Community Care Rx, a long-term care pharmacy that provides comprehensive pharmacy services to assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, OPWDD residential facilities and other long-term-care providers throughout the New York metropolitan area and beyond.

Greenbaum is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership. He has had repeated successes starting up, growing and turning around companies. With hisĀ proven ability to analyze organizational structure, operations, markets and growth opportunities, he has implemented strategic and tactical initiatives that substantially improve operating inefficiencies and quality of patient services, while growing top-line revenues and bottom-line profits.

For the last seven years, he has owned Senior Living Realty, an owner and operator of senior housing properties, as well as Health Care Consulting Group, which focuses on opportunistic acquisitions and property diversification.

Previously, Greenbaum spent three years as CEO of Optimum Diagnostics, a provider of onsite medical and diagnostic services. From 2001 to 2011, he was the owner/operator of 2ndĀ Home Adult Medical Day Care, a major provider of adult day care services in New Jersey.
