Sterling Bank opens in Fayetteville

Sterling Bank, headquartered in Poplar Bluff, Mo., opened a full-service facility in Fayetteville in February at 3453 N. Steele Blvd. Sterling Bank has another location underway in Rogers at the corner of South 52nd and West Magnolia streets.

Johnathon Welch, regional president, oversees all activities for Sterling Bank in Northwest Arkansas with assistance from Jordan Patterson, vice president; and Charles Johnson, assistant vice president. Additionally, Sterling has assembled a community board for Arkansas which includes Eric Arthur, Welch, Dan Cheek, Alan Cole, Dan Ellis, Cory Scott, Holland Weaver and Jay Robbins.

ACEC Arkansas announces winners

ACEC Arkansas has announced the winners of the 2022 Engineering Excellence Awards, which recognize Arkansas engineering projects that demonstrate a high degree of achievement, value and ingenuity. Judged by a panel of industry professionals from around the state, projects were evaluated based on uniqueness, future value to the engineering profession, sustainable considerations and successful fulfillment of the client’s needs.
